Reality: The Life of Arie by Dani Hart


This is the first book in the genre of Urban Fantasy that I have read in many years, so it was something different and new which was a nice break from my normal reads. You have to definitely pay attention to the details of the backstory and what is currently happening to follow all of the things that happen, but it is a really good book that I would definitely recommend. Arie and River's story broke my heart and Arie and her mother's relationship warmed it. If you are expecting to read some hot and heavy sex scenes and kinky talk then this is not the read for you. If you want a story with nature spirits, another world we don't quite believe in or understand, a star crossed love that transcends time and this life we live and great friendships of sacrifice, this is going to make you fall in love with it. I am looking forward to more of this series and to see what else is in store for Arie. I really enjoyed this book- 4.5 stars. <3 Kellie
