Lifers by Jane Harvey-Berrick Review

Lifers by Jane Harvey-Berrick

I enjoyed this story, it was very heart felt. I truly felt for Jordan, he paid is dues in the eyes of the law but not the eyes of his family or community. What happened to Jordan was an accident but not everyone sees it that way! He thinks his life is worth much until he meets Torrey in the local diner. Torrey is the towns Reverends daughter who some see is the local s**t, who has moved in with her mum dude to a bad break up. Torrey and Jordan start off as friends, but Jordan is having trouble living. He slowly opens up and their relationship blossoms. Love is in the air but also where there is love there is also pain. But it isn't Jordan and Torrey who hurt each other. Jordan runs into a group of trouble and ends in hospital. Forgiveness takes a hold of his live and relationships start to mend. You have to feel during this book, my stomach a few times and shed a tear. Lovely story. <3 Amy

About the Author:

I lived in London for over 10 years and have a love affair with New York. It's only since I have moved to the countryside, that the words have really begun to flow.

I live in a small village by the ocean and walk my little dog, Pip, every day. It’s on those beachside walks that I have all my best ideas.

Writing has become a way of life – and one that I love to share.
