The book started off a bit slow for me. I wasn't sure what to think once I got started. But then "Monica" meets Christoph, a hot erotica author and things heat up. They have a playful relationship despite the lie that's going on between them. Eight years ago they met at an authors event and had a one night stand. Lauren based her first book off their encounter. All throughout the book its back and forth between them. Playfulness, stubbornness, romance and heartbreak. That is until the end.....
