Black & Blue by Khelsey Jackson

Black & Blue by Khelsey Jackson

I absolutely loved this book. It wasn’t a long story, at first I thought it was going to be your typical Romeo and Juliet Love tragedy, but I was very wrong. I was captivated from the start and couldn’t put the book down. The ending left me wanting more.

Jamie Moore Is the daughter of the head of the council, who keeps her hidden from everyone, no one must know who this girl is. However she is also the one thing that could change everyone’s plans!!!

Perfect Match by Kelly Arlia

Perfect Match by Kelly Arlia

The minute I started reading this I couldn’t put it down.

At 14 years old Noelle and JJ were friends through growing up together with their dads being wrestling buddy’s, they were close until he broke his promise to her, HE LET HER FALL!!!

Many years later there paths cross again only this time he is the guy that she’s meant to say no to and she is the daddy’s girl that is off limits.

Jackson (JJ, Bullet) is a professional wrestler who you are guaranteed to fall in love with (I did) perfect book boyfriend material.
Noelle is the daddy’s girls with big dreams and a book from her late mother telling her what not to do when it comes to men, however the chemistry she has with JJ is undeniable, can she fight it or will true love conquer all.

This book has it all,, Forbidden love, lies and amazing friendship, this book was beautifully written with great character building from the start, it is definitely a must read. <3 Katie

Synopsis:  September 19, 2013
Inside the ring, Jackson, aka Bullet, is a high flyer, the fearless risk taker and takes people down with his signature move, Shot to the Heart. Outside the ring, it’s his heart that takes the shot. He has fallen head over heels in love with the perfect woman. She knows all about the wrestling life, the people in it, and what it takes to succeed. She is his best friend, and the one person he is not able to have.
Noelle Reid is not a risk-taker. She has been burned before, and likes the stable path her life is on. Meeting Jackson did more than throw her life upside down. He has her heart beating faster, and stealing every thought she has. The problem? She doesn't date wrestlers.
What if the one man she's not supposed to love, is the only man she ever really trusted?

Reality: The Life of Arie by Dani Hart

Reality: The Life of Arie by Dani Hart

This is the first book in the genre of Urban Fantasy that I have read in many years, so it was something different and new which was a nice break from my normal reads. You have to definitely pay attention to the details of the backstory and what is currently happening to follow all of the things that happen, but it is a really good book that I would definitely recommend. Arie and River's story broke my heart and Arie and her mother's relationship warmed it. If you are expecting to read some hot and heavy sex scenes and kinky talk then this is not the read for you. If you want a story with nature spirits, another world we don't quite believe in or understand, a star crossed love that transcends time and this life we live and great friendships of sacrifice, this is going to make you fall in love with it. I am looking forward to more of this series and to see what else is in store for Arie. I really enjoyed this book- 4.5 stars. <3 Kellie

Reality (Book 1):

I am Arie Belle and up until my mother’s unexpected and mysterious death my life had been pretty simple, but then things became dark and, at times, hopeless. Even my uncanny ability to communicate with nature had turned its back on me. My only saving grace is my lifetime friendship with the boy next door, River, whom I had always thought of as my soul mate up until my eighteenth birthday when everything seemed to change. My body tingles with heightened sensations and my emotions veer out of control. They are further tested when Ashe, a beautiful stranger with a powerful draw, enters my life and challenges my heart and soul. Amidst the rush of feelings after years of numbness, my true destiny slowly unravels and my journey to find out what I am, to find my mother’s killer, and stop my own death becomes a frantic rush before the next full moon.

This powerful story encaptures the true meaning of love and the dark corners of life that can either suck you in or save you.

Heaven Sent by Hilary Storm

Heaven Sent by Hilary Storm

Loved it! I really enjoyed Book One- In A Heartbeat, but loved Heaven Sent. Taron was my designated panty snatcher in IAH but totally redeemed himself in Heaven Sent. He is a very swoon worthy bok boyfriend- all hot bad boy rock star, as the lead singer of Rebel Walking and twin brother of Talon, RW's drummer and also swoon worthy bb. Both are big ole softies when it comes to their ladies though, and anyone looking to hurt Eaven or Ivy better watch out!

The love affair between Ivy and Taron was explosive and challenging, as she was so much his equal in every way, not letting him get away with anything! Whereas every woman before her presented no challenge- Ivy wears his resolve down and gets where no one ever has- into his heart.

This book was read in three hours, like no book has been since I fell in love with Sophie Monroe....what is it about these rocker bad boys? Lol! Great book, but one of my favorite authors and a definite 5 star recommendation. <3 Kellie

Heaven Sent

by Hilary Storm

He is everywhere.
In my thoughts.
In my dreams.
In my air.

I’m trying to fight my attraction to Taron, but my heart doesn’t seem to listen to my mind.  I know it’s a disaster waiting to happen if I give in, yet I still keep thinking of the possibilities.

He has a past.  So do I.
He loves to flirt.  So do I.
He will be leaving to go on tour tomorrow.  I won’t.
He was there for me when I thought I lost my best friend.  The title ‘best friend’ doesn’t really do what we have justice.  Eaven is my sister.  We may come from different blood, but in all aspects that count we are family.  A couple of months ago Eaven was kidnapped and driven into the river by her boyfriend’s ex.  Taron never left my side the entire time we were searching for her or when she was recovering in the hospital.  He has been to my apartment to check on me daily since Eaven has been staying with Talon to recover.
Don’t get me wrong.  He has continuously made advances toward me since we found out Eaven was going to be ok.  He flirts non-stop, but I’m a girl who likes all of that attention.  I just don’t want to share my attention with other girls.
I have to decide if I can handle sharing him before I give myself to him completely.  After all he is the lead singer in the band ‘Rebel Walking’.  They are going to be gone more on tour now.  This will be their second time to go on tour with main stream bands.  They were such a huge success the first time, they were chosen to be the opening band at every single one of ‘Beckoning Reality’s‘ concerts.  I heard all of the details from Taron when he called to check on me while he was away on the first tour.
I’ve managed to fight him off until this point, but I’m sure since he leaves in the morning, he will be trying extra hard tonight to get me to cave.
Smitty has kicked off a celebration to send the band off in style.  It looks like everyone has shown up to see the band one last time.  This place is packed.
Eaven and I went shopping for new outfits this week.  She wants to look exceptional tonight since she is sending her fiancé off for four weeks.  She is just recently engaged to Talon and they are perfect for each other.  I am so excited that she found someone who makes her happy and treats her right.  He just happens to look identical to the guy that I am fighting myself to not like.  Talon and Taron Walker are identical twins.  The story of the two sisters falling in love with twin bad boys is one that never comes true.

I look over and see Taron at the band’s reserved table talking to his twin.  My eyes shift to his broad shoulders and the dark, tight shirt that doesn’t leave much to the imagination.  I’ve been in his arms a few times and I know that his chest and stomach are sculpted and just as defined as the shirt makes it appear.  He has dark hair, almost black.  He wears it messy so that it looks like he just got out of bed.  The look really works for him.  I know that he does put effort into his hair because I have been stuck waiting on him to get ready.
He jumps up to pester his older brother Holden and I begin to appreciate the view of his ass in those jeans.  His jeans hang just right, just the way I love to see.  I’ve never let him know that I appreciate how he looks.  He would never let me live it down if I did.
Eaven leaves me to make her way to Talon.  I see Taron begin to search the room as soon as he sees her arrive.  He spots me and starts to look me up and down.  His eyes never leave me as he stalks across the room.
“Poison Ivy!  It is such a pleasure to see you out for the kill tonight.”  He takes his index finger and runs it down my chest and into the valley of my cleavage causing my shirt to lower.  He stops just before he exposes me.
“Do you want to lose that finger?”  I really want him to continue, but I would never tell him that.
“I would love for you to take my entire finger.”  He removes his digit from my chest and I know his meaning behind his reply.  He has never been shy about his sexual desire with me.
“In your dreams.”  I turn away from him to begin my walk to the table.  He stops me after only a few steps.  He grabs my hips and holds me against him.  I can feel him invading my space again.  He is consuming all of my senses.  He leans down to whisper in my ear.
“Yea that pretty much sums it up.”
My body heats up as his breath blows past my ear.  The sensation sends a shiver through my body and heat straight to my core.  He holds me so close that I can feel how much he wants me as it presses into my backside.
“When are you going to quit playing hard to get?  You know we will be hot together.  You know you want what only I can give you.”  He begins to sway back and forth with the music.
I want what he is offering me so much.  I want to let go and ride the roller coaster that is Taron.  I know there will be ups and downs.  I just don’t know if I can hang on until the end and exit the ride safely.  I don’t know if he will break my heart.
Usually I don’t let myself get attached to a guy.  We have fun and then say our goodbyes.  Taron managed to work his way into my life in a way that we are so beyond a simple affair without strings.  I just don’t know if he is capable of what I want.
I want him.  All of him.  To myself.  No sharing.

“I don’t want to share,” I say through the lump in my throat.
“I don’t have any intentions of sharing you.”  He flips me around to face him.  He guides my arms over his shoulders and slowly drags his hands back down my arms, down my sides, and then around my waist.  He flattens both of his hands out on my butt cheeks and presses me further into him.  We continue to sway with the music.
I look into his eyes.  I can see desire.  I can see the same heat that I feel.  I decide to give in.  I pull him down to meet my lips.  He doesn’t waste any time joining my tongue.  I know he is a great kisser.  We have already established the hot chemistry between us once before.  He continues to press himself into me and the pressure makes me crave more of him.
“Spend the night with me.”  He is begging me through the tone of his voice.
I bow my head in thought and he kisses my forehead.  He uses his large hands to guide my head back up to look at him.  He closes his eyes as he nears me and begins to softly kiss my lips.  This gentle side of him is my undoing.
“My place isn’t as crowded.  I’m pretty sure you won’t want your brothers to hear what I have planned for you.”  I nibble on his bottom lip as I pull away from his lips.
“Fuuuuccckk Me.”  He has a huge smile on his face.

“I have to sing a few songs and then you are mine.”  He holds me tight until the rest of the band has taken the stage.  When Talon and Luke start to play, he finally releases me.  “Don’t go anywhere.  I want to watch you while I am on stage.”
I stay exactly where he leaves me.  I enjoy the songs so much more this time.  It seems like he is singing them directly to me.  His eyes are intense and he never really looks anywhere but at me.  The crowd is still going wild trying to get his attention.  Panties and bras are thrown up at him, but he never averts his attention away from me.
I feel someone up against my back and I turn to see who is standing this close to me.  It’s Dylan.  His job relocated him a couple of months back.  We went out a couple of times, but we weren’t exclusive.
“Hey Dylan.”  I smile at him and place my hand on his arm stepping sideways just a little to give myself some room.
“Ivy.  How is my girl?”  The way he just said my girl irritates me.  He grips my arm very tightly and I yank it from his grip.  What the hell is his problem?
“I am not anyone’s girl.”
Aiden is next to me in a matter of seconds.  Aiden and I have been friends since we met.  In the beginning he wanted to be more than friends.  I think he finally realized that my feelings for Taron are much deeper than I let on and he backed off.  He started dating another girl, but we still talk daily.  We sometimes meet for dinner or drinks when he has time.  He is pure country.  He is pure country cowboy with a perfect gentleman demeanor.
“Get your hands off of Ivy.”  Aiden is in Dylan’s face the instant he can be.
“You got a problem, cowboy?”  Dylan pushes Aiden back.
“Lay a hand on a girl and you are the one with a big problem.  It will be the last time you use your hands.”  Aiden is dead serious with his threat.  “Let’s take this outside.”  The cowboys surround Dylan.
Taron busts through the crowd that has surrounded us.  He slams into Dylan’s chest with the rage of a fighter.  His force slams Dylan to the ground.  Taron has his arm pressing into Dylan’s throat causing him to gasp for air.
“You touch her again, motherfucker, and I will personally make sure that you never live to see tomorrow.”  It takes four guys to pull Taron off of Dylan.  The cowboys escort Dylan out of the bar and Taron is outraged.
“What the fuck!”  He begins to yell in anger.
“Chill out brother.”  Talon attempts to calm his twin down.
“What did he say to you?  Why is he grabbing you like that?  Why is cowboy saving the fucking day?”  He is full of questions that I don’t know the answer to.
“He just grabbed my arm tightly and asked how his girl was doing.  I told him that I am not anyone’s girl and then Aiden was there.  Calm down, please.”  I’m starting to feel the stress of him being this angry.  My childhood was spent with different men beating on my mother every day.  They used to talk to her and look at her like he is talking to me right now.  I don’t think he would ever hit me, but his rage is causing old memories to surface that I am not ready to deal with right now.
“Aiden saves the motherfucking day.  Doesn’t he?”  He is angry with me.  Why is he so pissed at me?
“Aiden is just a friend.  What is your problem?”  I grab him by the collar of his t-shirt and pull his face to mine.  “Jealous much?”
“No one should be touching you like that.”
“I agree and it has been handled.  Please don’t ruin tonight for us.”  I beg him as I hold him an inch from my face trying to get him to focus on me.  He finally calms down just as Smitty shows up to see what is going on.  I’m thankful that Smitty loves these guys.  I’m positive that all of our asses would have been tossed if they weren’t the band that fills this bar every time they schedule.
“I’m done tonight.  The show is over.”  Taron begins to yell at everyone that is surrounding us.  The DJ starts to play some music and the crowd finally moves away.
“I’m ready to break out of here.”  He looks frustrated as he looks at me over his shoulder.  He has a hold of my hand and our arms are extended between us since I haven’t moved.  I see Eaven looking at us with a smile on her face.
I decide to walk in her direction and Taron follows staying attached to my hand.  “We’re going to head out.”  She knows what we’re leaving to do.  She knows me better than I know myself sometimes.  She leans over to hug me and manages to whisper in my ear so that Taron can’t hear.
“Be careful my friend.”  Then she leans into a hug with him.  She whispers something in his ear that I can’t hear.

“Hurt her, and I will kill you.”  Eaven’s threat is heard loud and clear.  I have witnessed the bond that these two share, and I know they will always protect each other.  My future sister-in-law is a feisty survivor and I don’t plan to cross her.  She has proven that she will fight for those she loves.

It takes entirely too long to exit the club.  People are everywhere and every time I turn around some girl from one of my past hookups is lingering in my view waiting for the opportunity to ‘meet’ up with me.  I know Ivy can sense what these girls are after because she gets defensive before we get out the door.
“Jealous much?”  I decide the best way to approach this is to be playful and throw her words right back at her.
“Um…. No.  Like I have always said, if you want ‘cock rot’ feel free to play the field, just don’t expect me to hang around.”  She is extremely sassy with that fucking mouth of hers.  It is what I love and hate so much about her equally.  She is a breath of fresh air compared to all of the groupies that I am flooded with constantly.
I have been holding out for Ivy since we started spending so much time together after Eaven’s accident.  “There’s no ‘cock rot’ here.  My dick may fall off from lack of use lately, but I know that I’m clean.  I always wrap it and I get tested regularly.”
I have to protect myself from the lot lizards of the concert scene.  They will agree with everything I say or want to do.  It’s like they are spineless females that expect me to give them a great fuck and then they know the drill.  They head out.  I may hit four girls in the same night if I start at the club.
I haven’t had any interest in any of them lately.  Been there, fucked that.
There is a sexy brunette that has had all of my attention.  I love a challenge.  She acts like she isn’t interested in me, but I know that if she has a taste, she will love it.  I can’t wait to see if that sassy mouth is just as feisty in the bedroom.  If it is, I may not be able to stand it.

Frozen Secrets by W.S. Greer

Frozen Secrets by WS Greer

Whatever you think you are about to read in this book, you are wrong. I really liked this debut novel by W.S. Greer a lot. Not only did it keep you guessing every page about who the Tongue Snatcher killer was, it also gave you a great boy meets girl story where the girl was the hotter one of the two- THAT I liked. Lol! ;)

In the realm of murder, suspense, romance novels, James Patterson and Robert B. Parker have always been my go to people. Now I can see a new author coming into the picture able to deliver an entertaining read that will be enjoyed by men and women alike. I highly recommend this book and think it is very deserving of a five star review. <3 Kellie

Synopsis: Detective Jarrod Granger is a homicide detective with the Anchorage Police Department, investigating a slew of murders in the city. The killer is stabbing his victims 19 times each, and cutting out their tongues, and he has already struck three times. Detective Granger's own past may get in the way of his present and future, but he and his partner, Detective Misty Lawrence, must trudge through their tumultuous work relationship to track down the killer who has been dubbed The Tongue Snatcher.

Stacey Alexander is a guarded 26 year old unnatural redhead, who is unshakably loyal to her father Vincent. She works day in and day out to take care of Vincent since he has been diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer, and she would do anything to keep him safe, even when she meets a detective who is quickly falling for her. But, Stacey and Vincent have a dark secret; one that bonds them together more than any "normal" family. And soon, Stacey will have to choose between protecting the father that she loves, or accepting the love of the detective who is zeroing in on a familiar target.

About the Author: W.S. Greer is the author of the smashing success, Frozen Secrets, released in June of 2013. W.S. began writing in March of 2013 and has found success as an indie author, gaining a constantly increasing following in the indie world. W.S. likes to explore genres, but his constant is suspense. Dabbling in the erotic world with his newest book, Claiming Carter (November 2013), W.S. Greer looks to continue to bring the world page-turning, heart-pounding, edge-of-your-seat books, filled with suspense, erotica, and romance.

Very Bad Things by Ilsa Madden-Mills

Very Bad Things by Ilsa Madden-Mills

Kellie's Review: If I had to pick one book to recommend to everyone I know, this would be the one. Some of the books I have loved were not for every person- you have to like rockstars or BDSM or tattooed bad boys or controlling doms to enjoy and relate to some of the books I have loved. This one, though..... everyone can find something to relate to in this book. Wanting what or who you cannot have, being ignored by the people who claim to love you the most, being in an unhealthy relationship, being misunderstood and needing to find out who you are.... there is some of all of that in this awesome book.

Leo Tate is "Mr. Never Fall In Love" and Nora Blakely is "Miss I Will Make You Fall In Love With Me". They definitely make life more interesting- like fire and ice.

It is definitely a coming of age love story. Maybe a tortured love story that you think will never happen when you are reading, but a love story just the same. I highly recommend this book, as you may have gathered. Lol! Five stars for Ilsa and I cannot wait to read more Briarcrest Academy stories in the future. <3 Kellie

Carrie's Review: I was given an Arc for an honest review and let me just say it was everything I thought it would be, and more!! Ilsa Madden-Mills you knocked my socks off lady! Among other things ;)

We meet Nora Blakely rich girl who has it all, or that is how everyone on the outside world sees her. Nora does have everything, but one thing money can't buy someone to love her! I loved Nora so much! You feel for her right way! A crazy mother who shows no love or emotions, a father always away, and a brother who would make your skin crawl is what Nora has as her family. Nora has secrets that she has buried so deep that she never plans to share them with anyone EVER! Nora sets out to be the opposite of what her mother, and rest of family want her to be. She decides its time to live a little a do some Very.Bad.Things but one person is set on stopping her from her self destructing behavior!

In walks Leo Tate!! Ladies get ready to SWOON!! Leo for the love of all things holy he is a hot piece! I mean smokin HOT!! Flames and all! Good grief I can't stop! Ok..I'll get serious for a min..Leo is older than Nora and is determined not to touch her, or be more than her friend. We learn there is a much deeper reason for why he won't let Nora into his heart. Being forced to take care of his brother for reasons that has broke him we see Leo go on a roller coaster of emotions for his buttercup! <<<< yes he calls Nora buttercup! Swoon city!
Leo continues to push Nora away, but the entire time each push rips his heart out! Just when you think he might let her in he stops himself, and I was screaming at him the entire time!

I don't want to give away everything but the connection between these two is off the charts!! You can feel the love they both have for one another even when they would hold back! I had tears streaming down my face a couple times, and the next page I was laughing so hard! Very Bad Things deserves way more than 5 stars!!! I absolutely loved it! I loved the characters! Sebastian- you will meet him too OMG! Can I just keep him in my pocket for safe keeping Ilsa? Go read this fantastic book and love it as much as I did please!!

Synopsis: Born into a life of privilege and secrets, Nora Blakely has everything any nineteen-year-old girl could desire. She’s an accomplished pianist, a Texas beauty queen, and on her way to Princeton after high school. She’s perfect…

Conflicted by Sophie Monroe

Conflicted by Sophie Monroe

Sophie is one of my favorite people in the universe, so I will have a hard time doing an unbiased review, BUT I will do one, as I promised her to always be honest about her books so here it is- this was THE best of the Battlescars series.

I am still torn with who my favorite of the Battlescars rocker badboys I love the most of Jake, Blake and now Derek, but I love Derek's book the most for sure. Joss is also my favorite of the female leads in the series, as she is the strongest- standing by Derek and remaining his friend, even when he was an idiot, and even when he did not deserve her friendship.

I will not give too much away by saying more, but you need to read this book and I promise you will love it too. Even though this is book III in the series, you can technically read each without the others, as each book focuses on a separate band member and their relationships, but to fully understand who everyone is and where they began, you should read I and II first.

Well done Sophie AKA "Pimpalicious" Monroe, five stars well earned you bad ass book writin' bitch, you. xoxo Pirate

Striving for Normal by B.L. Mooney

Striving for Normal by BL Mooney

I loved Striving For Normal! This book sucked me right in, and I didn't want to put it down until I was finished!

Lets start with Drew Clayborn- oh my! Drew I felt for immediately. Drew carries around a lot of guilt. She is trying to come to terms with things that she did in her past that she's not proud of. Through her therapy sessions we learn more, and more what those things are. Drew broke my heart! I just wanted to hug her! She felt she didn't deserve to be loved or be happy ever again. Coming from a horrible relationship Drew doesn't trust anyone.

Carl Williamson- Mr.Hot rich man who has everything a girl could want. Drew is drawn to him. We soon find out Carl is fighting a loss of his own. He is a lot like her ex and that scared me.

Dennis Brooks- He is super sweet, he seems like the obvious choice, but Drew still is uncertain. She can talk to Dennis, and he makes her smile. I was shouting for her to pick Dennis the entire time!

As we get deeper into the story we see Drew struggling to choose! She still feels she isn't worthy to love again. We also get flashbacks as to where all a lot of her pain is coming from.
Just when I thought I had it figured out the ex comes back into the picture! I don't want to give too much away so I'll let you see who she ends up with. I had tears one minute, and was yelling at my kindle the next! You will go through a roller coaster of emotions!

I give Striving for Normal 5 stars! I loved it! It kept me up wanting to read it so fast to see what would happen next. Just when you think you have it all figured out B.L. Mooney gives you more! Loved the characters! What a beautiful story about putting yourself back together after so much pain. Loved it! <3 Carrie

Exclusive Prologue:

“Wait!” I couldn’t catch up. I was laughing so hard that I couldn’t breathe. He kept tugging on my hand, pulling me behind him. He was laughing, too. We’d been dating for a little over a month, and he surprised me with a day at the amusement park. I had worked there over the summer during my first year in college, but never actually took the time to visit as a customer. When you’re saving to put yourself through college, you don’t want to give back the money you earned to the establishment that paid you in the first place.
He stopped and turned to me. “What? Don’t tell me you’re too tired.” He pulled me close to him. “We haven’t even begun what I have planned for us today.”
I wrapped my arms around his neck as he kissed mine. “No, I’ll never be too tired for that.” He was making me forget why I wanted to stop. I tried to back away, but he pulled me closer.
“Get a room!” A mother ushered her two young children past us as her husband looked at us and grinned.
He stopped kissing me to glare at the children walking by. “Their mother—”
We hadn’t been together that long, but I knew when his mood was shifting. I also knew how to shift it back. “Wishes she could still do this.” I kissed him hard to prove I didn’t care what the world saw.
He pulled back and the gleam was back in his eyes. I knew he had forgotten about that mother already. “Come on.” He started to turn, but I tugged on his hand. “What?”
I smiled and looked to my left and back to him again. “I really like the penguin.”
He raised his eyebrows at me. “You want the penguin?” He pointed. “That penguin?” My smile grew, and I nodded as he pulled me close again. “What will you do if I get it for you?”
“Let’s see if you can get it first.” I loved to tease him.
He let go to look me up and down. “Oh, I’ll get it. Then I get to name my prize.” The look he gave me had me hopeful for more than just the penguin—I wanted his prize, too. “Agreed?”
I smiled and raised an eyebrow. “Let’s see what you’ve got.”
He chuckled and leaned in to whisper. “Be careful what you wish for.”
He quickly turned and approached the counter. I slowly walked up behind him. Promises like that made me nervous and excited at the same time. I wasn’t very experienced, but he was the best lover I’d ever had. He was attentive and detailed when it came to loving my body. Just the thought of what was to come that night had me excited. I almost didn’t want to stay for the penguin. I thought about pulling him out of the park right then so he could take me on a different ride.
I walked up to the counter as he was given the three baseballs. It looked easy enough. Knock down all the milk bottles to win the cute penguin. I wasn’t really into stuffed animals, and I wasn’t sure why I desperately wanted that one. It was cute, but I think it had more to do with the fact that he would have won it for me than the penguin itself.
“Hey, guys.” Someone I’d never seen before walked up and slapped him on the shoulder. “We were just saying that we needed to have you and Sally over.” Whoever he was looked at me and tried to hide his shock. “Sorry, man.” He leaned in to whisper, but I could still hear him. “I hadn’t heard you guys broke up.”
The grip on the baseball looked threatening. I wasn’t sure what was going to happen next. I held my breath as he turned to the game and threw each ball. He knocked down all the milk jugs—on all three tables. Slowly turning back to the unexpected visitor, he plastered on his fake smile. “Drew’s my girl now.” He grabbed my waist and pulled me close. “Ain’t ya, baby?” He kissed my neck.
“Yes.” I held out my hand to shake his friend’s hand, but I was pulled away.
“Pick out your penguin.” He turned his back on his friend. “Then I get my prize.”
I picked out the penguin with the blue tie and was immediately hauled off again. The way he grabbed my hand and jerked me to him frightened me a little. I’d never seen him this upset. I wanted to ask who Sally was, but knew it wasn’t the right time. I would be asking later, though.
He pulled me down a couple of buildings and led me to the side of one. “What are you doing?”
“Getting my prize.”
“Here?” We stopped halfway down the alleyway, and he pressed me up against the building. “Someone could see us.”
“That’s the point.” He cupped my breast as I looked around. “It adds to the excitement.”
The grip I had on the penguin got tighter as his other hand made its way up my thigh. I thought jeans would have been more comfortable, but he insisted on the short sundress. I closed my eyes as he reached his destination. He couldn’t be serious. Shaking my head, I tried to move his hand. “Just take me home. We can spend the rest of the day in bed.”
He stopped squeezing my breast to pin my hand against the building. “I can’t wait. I need you now.”
I put my head back against the building as he started touching me again. He always knew what to do, but he was right, the thought of getting caught made it a little more exciting. I looked to the street again as he touched me. I let out a small moan.
He got close and whispered, “I knew you were my dirty girl.”
“I don’t know about this.” My breathing started to get faster as his fingers worked their way into my panties. I started to move my hips as he slipped a finger inside me. “Craig.”
“Just let go.” He pressed his body against mine and continued to whisper in my ear. “You want to feel alive, don’t you?” I nodded. “You want to make me happy, right?” I nodded again. “Fucking you always makes me happy.” He backed up and pulled out his hand, showing me how slick it was. “I can see this makes you feel very alive. Don’t think, baby, just feel.”
“But . . .” I looked to the street again. “I don’t want to do this here.”
His jaw clenched. “We are doing this here, and the longer you take to give in when we both know you’re not strong enough to say no will only increase the risk of us getting caught.” He crossed his arms and pinned me with his glare. “Go ahead and waste time. It makes it all the more exciting for me because we aren’t leaving until I fuck you here. Take off your underwear.”
I looked at the people on the street one more time before I looked back to Craig. His eyes told me we weren’t leaving until he got what he wanted. I wanted it, too. I just never thought I’d have sex in such a public place. I let go of the penguin, causing it to fall to the ground and slipped my panties off as he instructed. I stopped myself from looking at the crowd again and moved my hands to his jeans. “That’s it. That’s my girl.” Craig watched as I unfastened his jeans and pulled him out, stroking him a few times. I started to kneel and he stopped me. “No time. You can make it up to me when we get home.”
He pushed me back against the wall hard and lifted my leg around his waist as he entered me in one thrust. He started to pound into me harder. I grabbed his shoulders and lifted myself to wrap my other leg around him. I could tell his arms were getting tired when his grip started to loosen on my hips. He was going much faster and harder than he normally did. I wasn’t complaining, but I hoped after all of this that he didn’t stop before we were both finished. He must’ve had the same thought as he pressed me entirely against the building for support.
The rough feeling of the boards against my back only added to the sensation. I knew I would have scratches, but I didn’t care. I needed the prize he’d promised me. I arched my back as his thumb brushed against me. I knew he was getting close, and I needed to catch up. I did something I never thought I would do—I looked to the crowd to see if anyone was watching us. He was right. It added to the thrill, but it wasn’t for me. I just started to get more nervous about getting caught and closed my eyes.
He added more pressure as his thumb circled, causing me to look back to him. He was in full concentration, staring at each thrust. Watching him watch us was more exciting for me. Seeing the determination on his face to not stop until we were both satisfied was what got me. It was what I needed to block out the people around us and concentrate on just us.
I gripped his shoulders as I started moving my hips with him, grinding when I needed to. In no time, I started to feel the familiar build of the explosion he always brought out in me. He could tell I was close, too. He adjusted his hips slightly to hit that spot inside that he knew drove me crazy. I fell forward, putting my forehead against his shoulder as the sensation kept building. Normally, I would allow it to build, increasing in intensity, but now I just wanted it over quickly before we got caught.
And then it took over. All thoughts and worries about getting caught were pushed out as the pleasure I felt moved in. The orgasm was intense. I locked my ankles around his waist, afraid he was going to stop before I fully experienced what he was giving me. What were normally loud cries of ecstasy had morphed into quiet pleas of begging him to keep going as I clung to his shoulders and neck. He only lasted a few more moments before grabbing my hips and thrusting his release into me.
We stayed, leaning against the wall and catching our breath. “Didn’t I tell you it would be worth it?” He slapped my legs to get me to release him. I stood on shaky legs and started to bend down to pick up my panties and penguin. “You won’t be so apprehensive next time, and it’ll be even better.”
I stood up straight and looked at him. “Next time?” I wasn’t sure I could handle a next time. I slowly redressed, shocked that he would want to do it again.

“Yeah, next time.” He had just finished fastening his jeans. “And next time, wear the dress I told you to wear with the buttons on the front so I can get to your tits.” As he grabbed my hand and started pulling me away, I looked back at the penguin that started this all and decided to leave it in the dirt. It looked as dirty as I felt. I didn’t need a souvenir to remember that day. It was one I would never forget.

Touch Me by T.H. Snyder

Touch Me by T.H. Snyder

I really enjoyed this story! It was a very nice read and I loved the characters.

Char is just coming out of a serious relationship that went bad. She builds a few walls and has a very hard time trusting anyone. Char pretty much works all the time so she doesn't have to deal with finding love again. I really loved Char and wanted her to find love so badly! I found myself having a few tears for her along the way.

Riley decides moving to Boston is where he will get a new start and try to get over the pain of losing his parents. I loved Riley immediately! HOT southern boy, caring, patient, did I mention HOT?! Oh yeah I did! I loved how wonderful Riley was to Char, and how he was so patient with her.

If you are looking for a great love story, Touch Me is the one for you! It had just enough to keep you turning the page to see what would happen next. I loved the duel POV's. I loved seeing the story from both sides. Char and Riley had an instant connection that you will for sure want to know more about. Can Char let Riley in and love again? Will Riley fight off all the pain from his past? Touch Me will leave you wanting more of these two! Thank you T.H.Snyder for this beautiful story! <3 Carrie
